Training as a medical assistant at Savignyplatz
Joining Stefan Heinrich's ophthalmology practice was the beginning of my path into outpatient care.
I started in an ophthalmology practice and operating-room setting, studied health economics, gained industry and founder perspectives and today carry responsibility for five practice sites.
Starting my career as a medical assistant still shapes how I work today: decisions must not only look convincing on paper, but function in clinics, operating rooms, teams and management. I combine this operational view with health economics and strategic advisory.
I work calmly, in a structured way and close to implementation. What matters is not the most elegant theory, but an assessment that takes responsibilities, resources and care reality into account. I translate complexity into clear questions, robust decisions and realistic next steps.
Joining Stefan Heinrich's ophthalmology practice was the beginning of my path into outpatient care.
In the practice and operating room setting, I experienced how closely quality, timing, teamwork and responsibilities are connected.
The part-time degree gave me language and structure for many questions I had already seen in daily work.
Time in an orthopedic specialist clinic showed how differently outpatient and inpatient systems operate.
Startup and founding contexts made clear priorities, speed and robust decisions under uncertainty essential.
The pharma environment added care chains, product logic, regulation and the question of responsible scaling.
Today I combine operational care experience with management, MVZ leadership and entrepreneurial responsibility.
Managing director of MVZ Ihre Augenärzte, responsible for five practice sites, their organization, development and sustainable outpatient care structures.
Managing director at the intersection of care delivery, technology and operational implementation in ophthalmology.
Managing shareholder focused on entrepreneurial development, structural questions and practical perspectives in healthcare.
Experience from pharma, business development, founding and advisory complements the operational perspective on care delivery. Strategic questions can therefore be tested against real decision paths and implementation conditions.
